		<description>In nature, there are vortexes: the places where energy lines converge and create great havoc, including terrestrial black holes. The Bermuda Triangle is thought to be one such center of activity.  But I&#039;ve never heard of a vortex appearing in the sky.

I&#039;d venture to say, from its mathematical precision (the circle appears perfect, like a wedding ring) that it is something not natural; something manmade.  Perhaps the Russian government was testing a new aircraft?</description>
